Looking for a live act for a special event? We also work with a number of talented actors, performers and specialist staff who can keep your guests entertained and engaged.
How we do it
By getting to know our staff, we make sure the brands we work with are represented by the people with the best experience, personality and skills for the job.
The Staff Room is unique as we deliberately keep our membership numbers low. This lets us get to know each person on our books much better, which makes picking the right person for the right job a piece of cake.
Whether it’s a small sampling activation or a mammoth immersive experience, we always provide expert training to our teams so that both our staff and clients have the best possible experience.
Our unique reporting system allows us to provide real-time reporting from all of our campaigns. Our system allows us to effectively track, monitor and adapt questions as required to ensure we are receiving accurate data to measure the effectiveness of all our campaigns and track ROI.

Meet the team
After working in the industry for nearly ten years it’s great to be a part of The Staff Room team! I’m proud to be covering Shushanah’s position as maternity cover as the Staffing and Talent Director - and I’m certainly working with talented people, both in the office and our fabulous team working out in the field! Having started off doing promotions myself back in the day when I was a dancer, I like to think I’ve got the experience in most areas of the job - and know how hard everyone works to deliver the outstanding work we all do!
I moved from Dublin to London 5 years ago and have worked in the crazy world of events for 4 of those years. I love getting the chance to meetnew people and getting to work alongside some amazing clients! From hospitalityto promo, I've met some of the most interesting characters and TSR is no different.
In my spare time you'll find me either brushing up on my acting skills during the weekends or attempting to go to the gym...(still working on the gym part)
I joined TSR 4 years ago with no experience in staffing and have since developed a great knack for pairing staff to campaigns and understanding what elements go into making every campaign a success.
I'm definitely a people person and would say hands down the highlight of my job is getting to travel across the UK to meet all our new and existing staff - being able to put a face to a name really is invaluable!
I love the campaigns we deliver but most importantly love the people we book onto them – but then I would say that, I find them!
